Hayley is my favorite local yoga instructor! She has a calming way about her with a sweet voice. She helps with adjustments that are needed and provides helpful hints and reminders to be sure you are using proper form. I find I can make the class as moderate or as  challenging as I want because of the variations she suggests. The whole class was welcoming, not just the instructor, which shows me that her class loves her and has become a community. She knows the body very well and is amazing at articulating what you're doing with the body as you move it. I highly recommend her classes for any fitness level.
